The following are the terms and conditions of the Pure Bliss Special Offer by Body by Design Health & Wellness Clinic:

  • Certificate must be presented at time of service or appointment
    booked will be charged at full price.
  • Only one certificate will be honored per person.
  • Additional certificates will be purchased as gifts only.
  • No verbal agreements will be honored.
  • A major credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
  • We require a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice or service
    booked will be forfeited and your credit card will be charged full
    price for the service booked.
  • Appointments must be made at least 1 week in advance.
    Earlier bookings may be available.
  • Treatments must be limited to one per week.
  • This certificate expires 4 months from date of purchase.
  • Not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
  • Please allow 4 separate visits.
  • No refunds available on this offer.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • Not valid unless paid in full to ind./ rep.
  • Ind./rep. will accept personal checks made payable to:
